  Professionally home maintenance work

  Ian did a fantastic job! He came to view the job, understood what we were looking for, and then as he carried out the work, he went the extra mile by solving problems and issues that weren't initially obvious or visible. For example, he was hired to reseal the bath, but he discovered after filling it with water, the bath wasn't properly attached to the wall, which was causing it to bulge, and this was pulling the old sealant off the wall. He fixed this straight away. I also liked the fact that he laid out dust sheets through the house so his work shoes didn't dirty our carpets.

  Replacing bathroom vent grille and damper

  The outside part of our bathroom vent needed replacing, as it was letting debris and outside smells into the bathroom. Mike got in touch promptly, visited our home, came up with a solution, and was able to price it up on the spot. He found the time to fit us in the same day, and he also additionally sealed the vent properly, which was a nice additional touch. Highly recommend.
