  Sadly, this trader did not turn up to the meeting we had arranged, did not apologise or explain why they couldn't turn up. 4 hours wasted waiting for them to show up.

  Sadly, this company did not turn up on either of the days we arranged a 3 hour window with him for him to see the job. The first time he failed to show up, apologised and told us his earlier job was taking longer than expected. OK, fair enough. We rearranged another two hour window. Again he didn't turn up. Shortly before the end of the appointment window he asked for our address, even though we had asked at the start whether he had our address. 5 hours wasted waiting for him to show up. Not impressed.
