  Opening a UPVC door and replacing parts

  Geoff was very clear from the beginning of our communication, heeamtioned what he expected the problem to be and gave me a rough price at that point which was very helpful. He was reliable and turned up when he said he would. He completed the work very competently and checked it's success carefully to ensure the door would open in future. He communicated with me throughout and explained what needed doing at each stage. He was respectful, friendly and easy to talk to. I was very impressed with his service and would use him again.
