  Right from time of first contact, Tony was fun, friendly, helpful (he explained how my controller😅) reliable, i absolutely will use him again and recommend him to people that have an air conditioning unit.

  Fixed sunken floor

  Gary says very nice, he went above and beyond for me. The floor was rotten and so were the joists. He replaced everything and tidied up after himself. Once the floor was fixed, the door to a cupboard didn't close as the previous owners had obviously taken into account the sunken floor when getting the carpet fitted so the door wouldn't fit over the fixed flooring, so he even took the door off the cupboard and shaved a bit off the door so I could close it. Definitely would recommend.

  Side of my loft extension dormer retiled

  The side of the dormer was leaking into my bedroom, through the floor into the room below. The gentleman, Keith, was lovely, very knowledgeable, very reliable, took photos before giving me the quote and also during the job so I could see what was being done. He was around £500 cheaper than other quotes I got and I literally can't fault him or the work he has done. Plus it came with a 10 year guarantee!!!
