  Removing old floor tiles and laying new ones for the whole of ground floor

  Ryan took on the job to remove all of the downstairs tiles (approx 60 sq m) due to the tiles de bonding. He put down ditra anti crack matting to stop any tiles from cracking due to movement before laying the brand new tiles. He did a fantastic job organising everything - ordering & removing a skip, booking a plumber to remove then refit the toilet and sink, choosing the new tiles that are mostly matched with our preference. He was reliable and trustworthy. The final price was actually slightly lower than his quote. We are very happy with Ryan and will not hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone.

  Floor tiles inspection

  We had Garry over to look at our deboned floor tiles in our property back in March. He was very accommodating and was able to fit us into his busy schedule at short notice which we really appreciated. Garry produced a thorough report which promoted an individual assessment from the NHBC inspectors. Unfortunately on this occasion the floor tiles weren’t covered by the NHBC but we appreciate Garry’s professionalism and have no hesitation in recommending Garry.
