  very quick to respond, asked detailed questions about the work and for photos. Fair price compared to other quotes. said they were very busy but kept in communication so I knew work would be done in couple of weeks. when they did the job clearly explained what needed to be done and was completed within 2 hours including going to get the right joins. issue is 100% fixed and couldn't be happier. highly recommend for all guttering repairs.
