  Couldn’t recommend Bill and team more. Best tradesperson I’ve used during my renovation. Excellent communication and quality of work. The service he delivered was beyond my expectations.

  Richard is a nice guy but the quality of workmanship and reliability as well as professionalism is really poor. The paintwork is very patchy, he didn’t fill the woodwork properly, he sprayed and painted accidentally my windows as he didn’t cover them. He left masking tape for me to remove, which is now partly hard to reach under skirting board. The quality of painting woodwork is especially poor with lots of excess paint / drips. The caulk he used especially around the staircase already cracked after a few days. He was supposed to come back but does not answer my messages anymore.
