  I cannot praise Sam highly enough. He was quick to respond for a quote and did the job first thing the next day. He worked diligently and the final bill for the work done was extremely reasonable as he discovered issues, unable to be seen, that had been left by a previous builder. He kept me informed throughout and left the room clean and tidy. I would say he went above and beyond to do an excellent job for me. A friendly and personable guy who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to use again. Thank you Sam.
