  Michael came to survey the house for mice entry points, as a mouse had been seen.

  Michael was quick to reply to my job advert, he called straight away and we sorted out a time for him to come over, he also gave me good advice whilst on the phone. He contacted me to let me know he was on his way and was thorough and took time to really look at the problem, using his knowledge to explain what was going on. I was very happy and would definitely call on Michael again.
