  I contacted them and received a quote promptly; We agreed on a date and time, and the engineer arrived punctually. He completed the work as scheduled, was well-presented, and clearly knowledgeable. He walked me through all the features of the new thermostat, answered my questions, and offered helpful tips to get the most out of the purchase. Part of the job included servicing my boiler, for which they provided a certificate in PDF. We also discussed a larger project. The engineer was honest about what the job would involve and the feasibility of doing it here, which gave me real reassurance.

  I moved houses and wanted to replace the locks. I found the company through Checktrade. After I posted the job Stuart rang and took me through the job based on the pictures I uploaded. On the agreed day, he arrived on time, and everything he explained the day before was pretty accurate. He provided sound advice and completed the job with great quality. I strongly recommend him.
