  A new toilet fitted

  Phoned Tom late last night (wed 21st jan 2026 ) due to having a leak in my toilet , Tom came out this morning straight away to assess the situation , Tom advised I would need a new Toilet which is what I thought I would need . Tom went straight away to collect a new toilet and fitted it . Tom explained everything about the replacement and the cost . I personally wouldn't use anyone else .Tom is very professional and leaves everything clean and tidy afterwards , hes also very reasonably priced . 10 out of 10

  Toilet Leaking

  Tom (TWR )came out to my house the very next morning after my late afternoon request for a plumber on checkatrade . He was very efficient and friendly to talk to , he told me what was wrong with my toilet and how he could fix it . Tom saved me from having to have a whole new toilet fitted , his attention to detail is excellent . He cleaned and tidied up after himself and also put a couple of new screws in my gate lol . I would highly recommend TWR to anyone who needs plumbing work done , Tom is really reasonable and tries his best to save you money were ever he can . He's just a lovely man who does a excellent job . Would definitely use again and again .
