  Painted a lounge with appalling plaster - Brilliant Job!!

  Gary was competent, reassuring, and detail oriented. We needed our lounge painting and the plasterer who came in to skim utterly butchered it... Gary was not only reassuring that all was not lost, he went on to do an amazing job. He said what he would do, and then he did what he said he would, when it said he would.

  James came out to us, helped us with our bathroom conundrum and then quoted for, and later carried out, a series of smaller jobs such as a leaking toilet, sticky outside tap, etc.

  Removal of old fireplace and making good of the wall

  I got two jobs done, one was superb - would recommend - but the other was below par. I asked for someone to come out and check the work, but they never did. These chaps feel solid, and I'm certain I'm an outlier, lost in some paperwork.

  Everything went smoothly, and Mark worked quickly and competently even amidst the chaos of our new house move. We've already booked follow-on work (which was marked as C3 and clearly communicated as a recommendation not a requirement- there was no pressure to remediate).

  Removal from a 1st floor flat

  These chaps turned up, had all the gear, and just got to it. I'd mentally prepared myself to do a bunch of work around the place sorting the little stuff... but they did everything! I arrived, did basically nothing, and they did the rest. Met them back at my new place, and they unloaded as carefully and diligently as they loaded. Delivered everything to where it was going with not problems. Excellent. They even put a little mat under their unloading ramp so they didn't damage the drive. Top notch.
