  Ben was superb, he stayed in contact with me, provided a swift quote and communicated throughout and true to his word he charged what he quoted. Brilliant work and kept me abreast of what he proposed to do before doing it.

  Burnt out receiver replaced and tested the whole Honeywell system working okay

  He texted me to confirm the appointment time and slots, as promised. He arrived on time and provided clear, simple communication without any jargon. He explained the problem, proposed a solution, and outlined how to resolve it, as per our previous communication. There were no surprises – he replaced the receiver, tested the systems and solved the problem. He made sure I was satisfied before leaving the premises.
