  Faz quoted lowest, claiming photos/plans were enough when all other contractors visited in person. Later requoted after starting. I paid over £2k+ deposit but work was slow, poor quality, debris left, and property left open without notice. He admitted he couldn’t meet timeframes and even asked for part of the remaining balance early, saying he was short on cash. Subcontractor worked well but wasn’t paid, so he stopped.When I asked for unspent deposit back he refused. I had to terminate and hire another guy.

  EICR with Proper Remedial Work and Rewiring of Garage.

  He did an amazing Job. Even though he gave me a decent quote, he only charged the rightful amount for his job, the invoiced price was lesser than what he estimated and did a great quality work.. will definitely recommend him and will possibly rehire him for any Job
