  This was just excellent start to finish. Great communication, came exactly when they said they would with clear contact before and again on the day. Good quote detailing exactly what would be done. On the day, the work was completed efficiently, all cleared up afterwards and a good demonstration. Can't fault in anyway. We've used the ladder since and has just made it so much easier to access our loft. Would definitely recommend this very professional, friendly and reliable service.

  excellent communication before the visit so we knew exactly when Chris would arrive - clearly a good team! quick diagnosis and repair. very reasonable bill and a really nice guy. would definitely recommend. sent him off with our faulty Dyson vacuum as well!
