  Dan was helpful and accommodating, answering my wife and myself with patience when we were asking daft questions. Got on with the job, left the place clean and as he found it which is always a bonus. Fit us in very quickly with his schedule knowing we had a bit of an emergency (house of 6 people with no hot water). Grateful for his help. Reassuring to know i have someone to call in the area if need be. Thanks. Paul

  Great Comms, easy to deal with, really nice guy and went to extra efforts to fit my job in as we'd just moved in. managed the job in just a day and we're very happy with the results. thank you.
