  Scott was excellent. Came in bang on quote and kept us informed throughout. Turned up when he said he would and was helpful and friendly. The work appears to be top quality, certainly knows his stuff. Would totally recommend,

  Bits on an Ideal Standard toilet had worn out and needed replacing, toilet constantly running

  Kyle was very quick to respond, came quickly and although it meant taking the toilet from the wall to access parts of it, did this quickly and with the minimum of disruption. Had to order a part but came back on a Sunday to complete the job. Tidied up after himself, you wouldn't have known he had been other than the toilet is now working and not constantly running. Seems a really nice guy, I would definitely use again when needed.
