  Ben was fast and competent. He took care of a severely clogged kitchen sink, which was in dire need of a thorough deep cleaning. He immediately checked the drain and realised the issue was quite severe, suggesting a proper check and clean with a camera. I am pleased everything got sorted. I will definitely call back!

  The overall experience with Jamie was simply spot-on. Since I contacted him, he has engaged with a very high level of professionalism, explaining to me every single step and/or concern he had during the work. Pleased to see such good attention to detail; it's a very rare quality to see nowadays. In a day and a half, Jamie installed my new Unvented Cylinder, which led to a great new pressure, resulting in replacing the very old bathroom taps. In addition, Jamie unblocked drains in the bathroom and the kitchen, where the washing machine was filling my sink with unpleasant, dirty water.
