  broken heating

  there was no heating so the gas engineer came and found a stuck valve as the issue and fixed it, great. I don't have a thermostat which seemed to really confuse him. I asked if he can fix one but he didn't really answer and then left but on reflection not sure why he didn't install one for me when asked, as I will now have to make another appointment + call out charge...

  bathtub leak detection and pipe replacement

  Jamie came quickly and managed to detect the problem of a leaky pipe. he then replaced it and said he would give a quote for bathroom panel replacement, which he did. He also checked the boiler and topped up the pressure.
