  Good standard of work but unreliable

  We needed a new loft hatch fitting. Sheldon was very responsive at first, coming out quickly and advising us which hatch to buy. Unfortunately when it came to fitting, we experienced numerous problems with Sheldon repeatedly arranging a date to fit, only to then cancel at short notice. This was finally installed at the 5th attempt. His work was of a good standard, but the repeated cancellations caused us lots of problems. A couple of months later we had an issue with the hatch. We arranged for him to come and look at it, but he failed to show and didn't even tell us.

  Loft Hatch Repair

  Dan repaired the latch on our loft hatch. This had broken and we couldn't access our loft. Other tradespeople were only offering to either replace the whole hatch or to break into the loft for us, but that they would have to damage the hatch in the process. Dan managed to access the loft without damage and came up with a solution to replace the latch without having to replace the whole hatch. Very happy with his work. Friendly and reliable too.
