  Problems from the get go, soft close failed under one year and wont repair.

  Having bought bedroom and living room furniture, during the fitting process several items did not have pre drilled holes, and needed my fitter to deal with it, we where given incorrect handles and had to chase for them, we where given short supplies of screw covers etc, just before the one year mark the soft close on one of the fitted wardrobes failed, the owner blames the fitter (usual excuse), he arranged a time to come out and then failed to show up, he then said get your fitter to sort it, I will now be utilizing legal action against them. Having had such a bad experience, please consider
