  - Detailed quotes without any hidden or unexpected costs. All works completed within the confirmed budget, any additional requests from our side went through separate contracts - Mitch has been the go-to person for everything on site. Once we confirmed what we want and gave him the specs / links, he took it from there and even arranged all deliveries on our behalf - I’ve not heard any “no” and team did their best to fix even slight issues to bring it to my standard - Our project took longer due to some hidden issues and team tried to get those done ASAP so that we had functioning WC & shower

  Adrian and Peter set too high standards for any future contractors so far. 1. Diligent: coming on time, working full hours without any break, without any delays. We could rely on them and plan our schedule without any thought 2. Transparent: Adrian gave very sharp guidance as to what could be done with our floors and how, and explained if any change would make sense or not. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or being ripped off. 3. Top-notch work: they helped to move around our furniture, were SUPER tidy (my pets left more rubbish!) and incredibly attentive to all details and finishing touches
