  Buyer beware

  I purchased an external fire door from this company, and within just four weeks it had completely split due to water damage, rendering it unusable. The company insists the fault lies with my “inadequate sealing”, despite never informing me that sealing was required. They breached the manufacturer’s guidance by supplying the door unfinished. When I raised the issue, they refused to refund me and produced warranty documents that had been modified after the problem occurred. At no point did they accept responsibility for these failings.
