  Replace 61.8m2 of joists, wall plates, joist hangers, plasterboard, skimming & coving

  Poor joinery service. Original attempt to replace joists was uneven, not straight, not level, irregular centres, loose Wall Plates. Evolve agreed, replaced again. Second attempt left a 'floating' Wall Plate, insufficiently supported. 3 independent tradesmen agreed. Couldn't agree with Evolve, therefore, independent tradesmen carried out remedial work. Generally dissatisfied with quality of work, lack of skill & care taken. Plasterboard fitted by Joiners was terrible. Poor communication. Work took over 5 months! (estimated 3 weeks). To be fair their Plasterer was fantastic.

  Ceiling joists & loft hatch.

  Work was carried out to a high standard by Craig, good communication. Would definitely recommend for joinery work.
