  Very disappointing.

  I guess every contractor has a job, from time to time, that doesn't go well. Sadly this was my experience with Fixers-UK. Work started on 18th December and was then left, so the house had no washbasin over Christmas and the New Year. Fixers then sent an invoice that failed to itemise the labour and other costs - though this was promised. Worse, when the invoice arrived, the bathroom was still not finished. They finally got someone out to finish off on 11th February. Less than three days work that took 8 weeks. They offered a discount in compensation, but it couldn't make up for the disruption.

  Fitting downlights in an exterior porch canopy.

  We are very pleased that we found Oliver to do the job. He responded quickly to our initial enquiry, gave us a reasonable price for it, was very informative about the best downlighters to use, arrived at the agreed time, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done.
