  A mechanical plug had jammed within the sink and wouldn't allow water to drain.

  Chris responded promptly and said he could be here the next day with 30 minutes notice. He completed the job within 40 minutes and cleaned up after himself. I'll be keeping Chris in mind for any future work.

  Washing Machine repaired quickly and efficiently.

  Paul offered to come on the weekend, but as we were not available, he instead agreed to come on the Monday. He identified the cause of the issue quickly and got our machine working again within an hour. he was friendly and professional at all times.
