  Removal of dummy chimney which was the source of a leak. Reinstating ridge.

  Manny responded very quickly to my original posting and subsequent whatsapp enquiries.He arranged for the erection of scaffolding and completed the work within the agreed time frame. He went to great lengths to source the correct tiles which could only be obtained from Bristol and had to be collected by his son. He and his team were very polite and thorough. They even mixed the new tiles in with the originals so the repair wouldn't look too obvious.

  Renew Sealant around Flashings, Replace Defective Tile, Seal Gap in Ridge Tiles

  Defects in the roof came to notice in the form of damp patches on main bedroom and landing ceilings during storm. Elias responded and effected repairs very quicky. He also sent me photographs of the issues and gave his opinion as to why they occurred.
