  Rendering and drip bead

  Right from the start, Shane was able to give me a quote based on a surveyor’s report on house I was buying. I needed work on the extension rendering as high levels of moisture recorded. I sent him the report and he returned with a quote to cover the work. As soon as I completed, I contacted him to book him in to carry out the work. He contacted me throughout the rendering process, letting me know each day what they were doing and also he rang to update me of any changes or anything I needed to be aware of. He has done an excellent job and I am super pleased. He has even agreed to paint it!
