  Changing a sticky lock

  Philip was great. He called me very quickly after I sent a message on Check a Trade to chat through the work. He explained what he thought the issue was and a price over the phone and wasn’t at all pushy as I waited to hear back from a couple of other people. Philip was then able to come out to us within 24 hours, had great communication around his arrival time and finished the work quickly. Very happy with the price and the results. I have hated locking and unlocking our door for a year since we moved in and now it’s lovely. Thanks!
