  Same day response, professional and personable. House RCD was randomly tripping for no apparent reason which needed a combination of knowledge, patience and commitment to find and resolve. Kelvin tracked the fault through the house like an electrical Sherlock Holmes and was as pleased as I was when he found and isolated the culprit.
