  Ryan was the first to call back after I sent requests for quotes on Checkatrade. He gave a verbal estimate based on the information I supplied and then visited the following day to check some details in person and firm up his estimate to a quote, no price change. He was quite a lot more competitive than the other two quotes that I received. He was able to book us in 3 working days later for the installation. He called ahead with his eta, he was careful to communicate his plan, set expectations and give updates as he went along. He was all done by mid-afternoon. He tidied up after himself.

  Professional, knowledgeable, competent. Paul visited first to give a verbal estimate then sent a link to an online portal where he captured lots more detail about the specifics of our electrics (consumer unit capacity etc). He contacted the network operator to get consents and issued certificates immediately upon completing the job. I felt very reassured that from a regulatory standpoint he was all over every single detail and also had a good deal of experience with the specific model of charger I wanted installed; he was happy to fit one I supplied myself. He was courteous and responsive
