  Multiple re-pointing jobs: external wall, chimney, re-setting ridge-tiles and parapet

  Nader was polite, courteous and enthusiastic from our first meet. He and his team worked super hard on a number of re-pointing and make-good tasks that surfaced as a result of a loft conversion: re-pointing gable wall, chimney (adding helical bars to some cracks) and re-sitting a number of loose bricks along the wall-tops and ridge tiles (which was beyond the original scope). Raking out was to a good depth, gaps cleaned out and the re-pointing was very neat and tidy. No ask seemed like too much work, and the guys worked tirelessly to get the work completed and site cleaned down in 3 days.
