  Soakaway in front of garage

  Arrived on time, polite and cleaned up . Liam worked really hard. Requirements was for soakaway in front of garage and gate. Ignored and quote only covered garage ( I missed this given requested a number if times covering both areas) now still have flooding in front of gate. Work completed fine. I think final finish by drain could have been better. I need to purchase extension to down pipe etc. Advice, insist on site visit before quote to ensure both parties are clear on requirements. Ensure list of parts used are itemised on quotation to ensure clear what you are paying for.

  Will, attended both the review of the work and carrying out the job at agreed time. He is honest character. Was respectful of my property and tidied up after himself. Work carried out was excellent. I would happily recommend Will to others.

  Resetting 3 ridge tiles

  Did arrive same day, which was very much appreciated but unsure time of arrival (although confirmed when on their way, but no judgement on when they would arrive) Reviewed and had to leave to collect mortar, expected to have this as standard kit for roof repair - Fixed in the dark which is not ideal, hence only wanted the three tiles put back on without checking rest. (As not able to check work myself close up but did not seem to clean ridge tiles before putting back on from moss etc) Grateful for arriving on day of call out .

  Team arrived on time and were very courteous at all times. Carried out the job not taking breaks or leaving site. Minor point, please take away broken ridge tile. I would recommend this company.
