  Guttering replacement works

  I received an immediate response to my initial request for guttering replacement works from Harry. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Harry carry out my roof repair works. Additional works were requested by me, for which quotes were given, and also carried out promptly. Harry has been extremely polite, smart, worked efficiently and was very personable. I was kept fully informed of the work that was necessary and the cost, which I found to be very reasonable. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend.

  Replacement window mechanism, rails and handle

  Having posted my job on the afternoon of 11 August, Ali and Ruby arrived at the allotted time this morning (12 August). The work involved removing the window unit, replacing the mechanism which had broken and also the rails and a new handle were fitted. This was more work than originally anticipated but the original quote given was adhered to and I considered this to be a very fair price for the work involved. Ali and Ruby worked well as a team together, and left everything clean and tidy and in good working order.

  Repair to leaking Heated Towel Rail

  Nathan arrived on time, was knowledgeable about his plumbing skills and kept me informed as to what was required. A total radiator replacement was not necessary at this time, valves were replaced as they were worn and this has resolved the issue with the leak. The stopcock was loosened and is now manageable. Time spent approx. 2 hours and I am happy with the cost.

  Ridge Tiles Repointed/re-bedded and slip tile fix

  Re-posted: Storm Darragh at the weekend left me with dislodged ridge and roof tiles. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Thomas who arranged a visit to view the damage yesterday and returned with Tom to carry out the work today. The work was carried out very professionally and I am pleased with the results. Thomas is very well mannered and kept me informed at every stage. I would certainly use this company again should I ever have the need.
