  I replaced all ceiling lights and lamps with downlights and installed new dimmable switches. Sean was very professional. Visited in person, assessed the situation and proposed job and offered a detailed transparent quote. He listened carefully to what I wanted and offered valuable advice while sticking to what I was requesting. He then carried out the job with very high accuracy and attention to detail, making sure it was done right, and not rushing at the expense of quality. This should be the standard but it is not, which makes him stand out. Would definitely recommend him and hire again.

  James did a great job. Good quality, quick, efficient and at a reasonable price. On top of that, he was friendly and transparent. I will call him again if I need to fix any other walls.

  Shower leak investigation and fixing

  Scammers. They investigated the leak and replaced silicone seal. They didn’t remove and clean all the debris, so there is debris visible under the new transparent silicone. But worst part is, they worked for 2 hours and charged for 3. When I raised it they made up a whole story to gaslight me into thinking they’d been 3 hours, saying “they had communicated with the team right before they left and had to postpone a later job so it was definitely 3 hours (9:00-12:00)”. I checked the CCTV and confirmed they left at 11:00 (2hours). They never offered an explanation or apologized. AVOID
