  End if tenancy clean for an empty one bedroom flat

  Booked this company for an end-of-tenancy clean. After checking the property I noticed some areas had been missed, including visible surface mould in a cupboard around the hot water cylinder. I contacted them politely to ask if they could return. They replied they “don’t touch hot water cylinders.” I clarified the issue was the surrounding cupboard surfaces and even offered to pay for a return visit if needed. Instead of responding, they blocked me. Very disappointing customer service and not a professional way to handle a simple query.

  Remove a tree

  I had a small tree that needed removing, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work efficiently, and stuck to the agreed budget. The area was left spotless afterwards, you’d never know a tree had even been there! Friendly, professional, and reliable service - I’d happily use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

  Fixed leak about velux

  Great service. They diagnosed and fixed a leak above our Velux window at a very reasonable rate, explaining the issue clearly and completing the job efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
