  Move-in clean of a flat

  Poor workmanship. After 5 hours, the flat was still unclean. When we showed them what they missed, we were met with overall unpleasantness. Eventually we asked them to leave before they damaged any thing else and cleaned the property ourselves. We paid them £230 for the pleasure.
