  poor quality work

  hired this company (march 2025) to replace a yale lock with a new yale lock and a new mortice lock on front door. the guy came and fitted both then left. i then went to open the door but the handle came off in my hand. i also noticed that although i had requested he fit a yale lock he chose instead to fit another brand (ASEC - cheaper). one of the screws in this lock had no bite and was just turning without fixing. he said he would come back....but i declined since i didn't want him back. charged me £225.
