  Johnny was quick to respond to my enquiry. Gave me 2 quotes - one for the job as briefed but also he suggested we remove the problem chimney altogether. This was the solution we chose. The work was done within a few days. His communication was prompt & friendly making it easy for me as I now live in Canada. He sent me lots of photos so I could see exactly what was done. The whole area of the roof around the chimney was stripped back so the new mebrane was not just a patch. Very happy with the outcome.
