  Brilliant patio and drainage installation

  We wanted a new patio and improved drainage in a heavy clay garden with the potential for surface water build-up. After several spells of sustained heavy rain, we needed an effective solution to be delivered asap, and Jack did an incredible job – friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. The end result looks amazing and does exactly the job we needed – a brilliant porcelain slab patio, ACOs all around the edge with cleverly managed run-off to mains drainage, and a soakaway to help drain the lawn. Fantastic experience working with Jack – highly recommended!

  Fantastic shower enclosure repairs and upgrade

  We needed some old silicon and grouting replacing to fix a shower leak, so we contacted Luke to have a look for us. He advised us on the best approach, suggested a great option for a new shower door, and accommodated an extra request to spot-fix a few small chips. Despite being busy, Luke managed to fit us in promptly and completed the work over two days. The shower now looks great, and is keeping all the water inside the enclosure rather than running down through the floorboards! Luke was friendly, professional and helpful, and completed everything efficiently and tidily. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic roof repair - highly recommended

  Sean repaired our roof with a replacement solar panel apron, new slates and a new dry ridge system. He was fantastic all the way through the process, right from the initial inspection visit. He promptly prepared such a good report that NHBC paid for our claim within just a few weeks. The scaffolding was set up very efficiently, and the work completed within a few days. Sean has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process, and given us complete peace of mind through what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation – many thanks again, highly recommended.

  Rapid call-out fence repair

  We had a damaged section of fence (2 large panels and the supporting timber post) on the verge of collapsing in a spell of high winds, and needed a very urgent fix. I called Steve on Sunday afternoon, and he was round first thing on Monday morning (on a bank holiday no less!) - he assessed the problem, suggested a much better and more cost-effective solution (keeping the fence panels and installing a concrete post to support the timber one), and had the work done in less than an hour. Fantastic solution, friendly service, and great response time. Can't recommend Steve highly enough!
