  Poor finish pain job now getting job redone

  We were very clear with our instructions. I specifically explained that we wanted the edge of the ceiling detajl white. What we've ended up with is neither fully white nor brown but completely messy mixture along the edge. Messy edge and poor level of finish. There's also lines and splodge marks where the roller was overloaded. Now having to get the job redone as it looks extremely messy.
