  TV damaged during move

  I have used Denis on 2 occasions but unfortunately on the recent move our sky glass TV got damaged, when contacted Denis accused us of breaking it. During the communications it would often be days between messages to try and resolve things. Appreciate accidents happen but there was little empathy for what happened and little responsibility taken
