  My enquiry was in relation to a washing machine. Initial contact was made promptly. The company asked for all the relevant serial numbers, models etc and photographs of the damage. I was kept informed of the stage of my enquiry and within 12 hours was give an estimate for the job, together with options to consider. I valued the advice given, which was based on sound judgement.
