  End of tenancy paint and decorate

  This was a last minute job to fix up some paintwork in a rental property which was showing a lot of wear and tear. Ioannis was very communicative and easy to talk to about the job. Explained what could and couldn’t be done within the timeframe I gave him. He got the work done to a high standard very quickly and with no fuss. Left the property in a good state for new tenants to move in.
