  BS30 - A job well done.

  Richard Sellick of BS30 is a pleasant guy to deal with. He came to my home to replace a bathroom sink which had developed hairline cracks and to correct a dripping tap. There was a slight hiccup with the new sink in that I had to get him to attend to a slight problem with the sealant. However a call to him was actioned quickly and he put it right. A good job done. Will use him again.

  Replacement handbasin in bathroom.

  Richard came to replace a handbasin in our bathroom which had developed numerous hairline cracks. Handbasin is good quality. Unfortunately the sealant was not of an acceptable quality and had to ask him back. It was patchy and he had also pulled some sealant away with his finger. He redid the sealant and did a much better job. Will I use him again, yes. He's a pleasant, friendly guy.

  New loft metal ladder fitted with a refigured loft hatch. Loft boarding fitted with insulation..

  Phil came to discuss installing a drop down loft ladder, additional loft boarding and insulation. Produced a good way of utilising our existing loft hatch etc.. A convenient date and acceptable price were agreed. Arrived on the day agreed and on time. Got stuck in with no fuss. At the end of the job he asked me to check his work and showed me how the new loft ladder worked. Very pleased with this 2nd job he has completed for me. Will ask him back in the new year to tackle something else.

  Refelt shed roof.

  Phil is a sound, friendly guy. Gave us a good quote and day and time to do the job. Arrived on the job day on time and got straight to it. Gave him a cuppa which he thanked us for. He did the job with no fuss. Cleaned ip afterwards. Really good job done. Discussed getting a new loft hatch and loft flooring done. Will let him know the measurements and with some pics. Highly recommended.

  Electrical light replacements.

  Asked Mike Bush to replace a fluorescent light fitting in my kitchen. Also replace an exterior light to the side of my house. Lastly to drop down a switch in my garage. He did all that to a good standard and at a fair price. Mike is a pleasant guy who is easy to get on with. His customer skills are excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing an electrician.
