  Fence replacement

  I hired them to replace a garden fence and they were supposed to install plain gravel boards and use tanalised panels. However, only one side of the posts and gravel boards have a good finish and the side facing into my garden is bobbly and unpleasant. They claimed to take away all of the waste, but I later found a significant amount of wood and bricks they left behind my hedge where they obviously thought I couldn’t see it. The panels don’t seem to be tanalised either, they are gold dip treated ones commonly sold at B&Q and Screwfix, and less than a year the treatment is wearing off. Beware.

  Garden gate

  Very unfinished looking gate with writing on it, plastic labels hammered into it, splitting wood and mouldy splodges. Gate post twisted within 2 months and the lock and catch stopped working, they came out to try a fix but were lazy and made more problems. Then they ignored me for a month before they got very offensive with me, calling me a liar, unreasonable, amongst other things. Very upsetting and difficult experience.
