  Just superb. I was fully informed and the work was excellent.

  He turned up on the agreed time, listened carefully what needed to be done. Suggested a better solution which was far better than what I was thinking of. I was kept fully informed of the work in progress. Got to work straight away then because it was damp on the day came back next day to finish the work. I cannot recommend him any higher, cheerful and friendly.

  Complete new shower room made single level.

  Mark made a wonderful job converting my shower room. New shower, radiator, sink, toilet, floor and walls. He arrived on time, was always cheerful, kept me informed of what he was doing. He made a very good job of it.

  Central heating boiler not working.

  Chris visited the day after I contacted him (I contacted him late in the day). He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it within minutes. I have used his services quite a few times now and he has always been very professional and his work is of the highest standard.

  They listen carefully to what work I wanted carried out, then asked questions to confirm. Quickly began and kept me in touch with the progress. The job was professionally carried out, all members of staff cheerful and friendly. Tidied up at the end. They were perfect.

  I emailed Chris early one day, he responded by 08:30 and visited to arrange the estimate by 09:00 the same day. The work was completed to a very high standard and extra work was carried out when small problems were discovered for no extra charge. They were both polite and friendly and kept me fully informed of the work progress. I highly recommend them.

  Faulty shower fixed.

  Called back within the hour, said he could get here by 11:30 the same day. This was a bank holiday weekend, so really good service. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Cheerful and friendly.
