  Kevin was recommended by a fellow Checkatrade member who has been doing some work on my house, and I wasn't disappointed. He was very prompt (in spite of having driven for miles to get to me); cheerful, courteous, but most importantly, knowledgeable and efficient. Having asked him to sort out some loose floorboards (which I imagined would just mean nailing them back in place) he immediately diagnosed a larger problem and quickly set about solving it, all within the price quoted. He also agreed to my request to sand the whole wood floor and did a fabulous (and amazingly dust-free!) job.

  I've learned over the years to be really fussy about who I allow to work on or in my house, and I can't recommend Jamie Turner highly enough. He is a true craftsman and a consummate professional, who genuinely goes the extra mile. His was not the cheapest quote I received but he and his assistant Zippy worked tirelessly and thoroughly to produce a fantastic result for me, I'm sure the ceiling hasn't looked this good since the day it was first made, and it was worth every penny.
