  Excellent, Reliable, and High-Quality Decorating Work

  Michael is a professional and reliable decorator. Together with his team, he delivered excellent service, communicating clearly throughout and addressing any snags without hesitation. He arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. He painted our utility room, landing, all door and door frames, hallway with wall panelling, stairs and banister in dual colours, and spray-painted our bespoke library wall and ladder to a high standard. He also advised us on the best paint choices and redecorated our ceiling after a roof leak, which now looks immaculate. Thank you for your high-quality work.

  Good First Impression, Undermined by Unprofessional Conduct and Lack of Warranty Support

  We had a roof leak in our extension and asked Rob to fix it under warranty. He initially communicated well, replaced the window flashing, and left the area clean, but the problem persisted with water stains reappearing despite redecorating. When we asked him to reassess, his response was unprofessional and dismissive, offering excuses not based on facts (despite photos provided) and sent a dismissive message with laughing emojis: “am I speaking a foreign language … " He also tried to charge a call-out fee under warranty. Unfortunately, his approach felt both unprofessional and dishonest.
