10 Leaking Washing Machine

Our washing machine went pop and started to leak. I called the company and an engineer arrived the following day. He was very polite and courteous and fixed the problem within the first half hour. The work was done very quickly an efficiently with due regard to any inconvenience the scaffolding may have caused to our neighbours. We went away for a few days while it was being done and returned to find the site clean and tidy. There was a small issue with water ingress to the corner of the garage (a long-standing problem) which they came out and fixed very promptly.
